Despite the immediate launch of a homicide investigation, detectives struggled to identify a suspect or a motive in the violent slaying. As years passed, Tiffany's case grew cold, joining the ranks of the city's most perplexing unsolved murders. The pain of not knowing who was responsible for her death has been a heavy burden for her family, particularly her sister, Sasha Tewell, who has remained a vocal advocate for justice.
