Death by Force

On March 5, 2023, Robert Pulliam Jr., a 62-year-old security guard, was fatally shot in the Wayne Street parking garage in downtown South Bend, Indiana. Pulliam, who was contracted by the City of South Bend, noticed a suspicious person in the parking garage just after 11:20 PM.
