On the evening of September 15, 2023, authorities in Indianapolis, Indiana, launched a homicide investigation following the discovery of a deceased individual on the city's northeast side. Police were dispatched to the 3800 block of Breen Drive, located near East 38th Street and North Post Road, where they found the body of a victim who had sustained fatal injuries.
