Ramon Carver, a 26-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 10, 2016. He was found shot dead in the back seat of a car at the Bavarian Village Apartments on the far east side of Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a report of shots fired around 9:45 p.m. and discovered Carver with at least one gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
