In the winter of 2015, the life of 31-year-old David Bowman, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of December 13th, Bowman had made a quick stop at a gas station located in the 2400 block of Lafayette Road on the city's northwest side.
