In the summer of 2016, the life of 15-year-old Dewaun Rockingham was tragically cut short in Indianapolis. On June 22nd, police were called to a residence where they found the young man suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite initial reports suggesting a possible accident, the circumstances surrounding the shooting led investigators to treat the case as a homicide.
