On a Wednesday afternoon, May 1, 2024, the life of 35-year-old Ryan Hawkins, a male, was tragically cut short in a road rage shooting on Interstate 65 in Indianapolis. Hawkins, who was deaf, was driving his Hyundai Elantra when an encounter with another vehicle, a Ford Explorer, escalated with fatal consequences. Eyewitnesses reported seeing the Explorer pull alongside Hawkins' car before shots were fired.
