Albinus Zoerner, a 62-year-old man from Burleson, Texas, tragically died on February 4, 2019. Zoerner was shot by his neighbor, Patrick Daniel Murphy, 42, during an altercation at Murphy's home in the 600 block of Lynnewood Avenue.
