Kent B. Quilling, a 40-year-old male, died on March 6, 2023, due to a shooting incident in East St. Louis, Illinois. His body was discovered by an Illinois State Police trooper who was patrolling the area. The trooper found Quilling in the street in front of a residence on Collinsville Road near Winstanley Avenue, approximately a half-mile north of St. Clair Avenue, around 9:15 a.m..
