On March 12, 2021, 49-year-old Demetrius Golliday was found deceased in his residence located in the 300 block of North 70th Street in East St. Louis, Illinois. St. Clair County Coroner Calvin Dye Sr. reported that Mr. Golliday appeared to have suffered fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead in the early morning hours.
