Death by Force

Jaime I. Serrano, a 21-year-old resident of Chicago, Illinois, was fatally shot on May 24, 2024, in the Albany Park neighborhood. The incident occurred late Friday night, just before 11:30 p.m., in an alley near the intersection of Leland and Troy streets.

Serrano was found along with another victim, 20-year-old Victor H. Rodriguez, both of whom had been shot in the head. The Chicago Police Department (CPD) reported that both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
