Lucian Lamarion Devious Paige, a 14-year-old African American boy, was tragically shot and killed on June 30, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. while Lucian was walking on a sidewalk in the 5600 block of South Wabash Avenue. According to reports, someone in a passing car opened fire, fatally wounding him. Lucian was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where he succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.
