On the night of February 8, 2015, Anthony Diaz, a 13-year-old Hispanic boy, was fatally shot in Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood. Anthony had accompanied his older sisters, aged 15 and 17, to a prearranged fight with other girls stemming from a dispute on Facebook.
