Charlotte Jean Palmer, a 24-year-old white woman from Anna, Illinois, was tragically murdered in December 1986. Her body was discovered on December 11, 1986, near Highway 74 and Matthews Road in Romoland, Riverside County, California. At the time of her death, Charlotte Jean Palmer was reportedly living a transient lifestyle. Her partially clothed body was found in a remote area, consistent with the pattern of other victims in a series of killings that plagued the region during the mid-1980s. ...
