On October 27, 2019, 28-year-old Shawn Jones from Saint Paul, MN, was found slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle at Dale Street and St. Anthony Avenue. His car had at least ten bullet holes, and. 40 caliber casings were discovered at the scene. Emergency crews transported Jones to Regions Hospital, where he later succumbed to a gunshot wound to his upper abdomen.
