On April 3, 2023, 27-year-old Elijah Jackson was fatally shot at the Flipper Temple Apartments in northwest Atlanta. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Abner Terrace NW, near the Westside Atlanta Charter School.
