Isaiah Brooks, an 18-year-old Black male, was shot during a double shooting on the northwest side of Atlanta on the night of June 7, 2025. Officers were called just before 10 p.m. to the 1900 block of Jones Avenue NW on the edge of the Grove Park neighborhood, near Johnson Road and along Proctor Creek. Two people were found with gunshot wounds; both were rushed to a hospital.
