Andricus Harris, a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred at a Chevron gas station located on Bouldercrest Road in DeKalb County. Harris had stopped at the gas station around 1 a.m. to put air in his tires when he was approached by another man, Shannon Jackson, 37, of Decatur.
