In the spring of 2023, a resident of Columbia, South Carolina, named Larry LaGrant, a 40-year-old Black male, traveled to Atlanta, Georgia. His journey would tragically be his last. On the afternoon of Sunday, April 30, 2023, just two days before his 41st birthday, events unfolded that cut his life short.
