In the early evening of January 25, 2020, the life of 18-year-old Donovan Isaiah Burdine was cut short in Franklin, Indiana. The male teenager was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard of a residence in the 100 block of Hurricane Street, near the Boys & Girls Club. Despite the efforts of first responders who arrived at the scene around 6:30 p.m., Burdine was pronounced dead.
