On May 3, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in the 2400 block of Greenwood Terrace, near Bloomfield Road in Macon, Georgia. The victim, 43-year-old Trerico Kenyon Thomas of Macon, was found unresponsive in the roadway by Bibb County deputies who responded to the scene just after 11:00 p.m..
