Murdered

Gary Tyner, a 23-year-old, was fatally shot on the evening of June 13, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Metropolitan Garden homes apartment complex located on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Law enforcement responded to the scene at approximately 9:20 p.m. and found Tyner with multiple gunshot wounds; he was not breathing at the time of their arrival.
