Jessica Wolford, aged 25, was killed on September 14, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. Her body was discovered early that morning near the Shiloh Tabernacle of Praise, located on Chase Avenue in the Moncrief Park community. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots around 5 a.m. and seeing a man, described as wearing a dirty white t-shirt and blue jeans, fleeing the scene shortly after the gunfire.
