On September 18, 2014, Angelia Mangum, age 19, and her friend Tjhisha Ball, age 18, were found dead along a roadside in Jacksonville, Florida. Both young women were from Tampa and had been bound with zip ties. Witnesses described the scene as horrific, with the two victims "hog-tied" and their bodies appearing as though they had been thrown from an overpass. The victims were discovered naked, and it appeared they had been killed elsewhere before being dumped at the location.
The case remains unsolved, with authorities still seeking leads.
