Jennifer Nelson, a 48-year-old African American woman from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost her life on February 23, 2017. She was a mother of four and a grandmother to five. Jennifer was shot and killed outside Kelly’s Place, a sports bar in Jacksonville.
