Cynthia L. Perry, aged 30, tragically lost her life on June 18, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida. Her death was part of a horrific spree killing carried out by James Edward Pough. On that fateful day, Pough embarked on a violent rampage, targeting individuals at random. He shot and killed multiple people, including Cynthia Perry, at a General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) office. This incident was one of the deadliest mass shootings in Florida's history at the time.
