Courtney Paige McCoy, a 19-year-old woman from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically passed away on April 30, 2019. Courtney was found shot inside an apartment at the Valencia Way Apartments, formerly known as Eureka Gardens, on Jacksonville's Westside.
