Ta’Liyah Williams, a 21-year-old woman from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost her life on November 23, 2020. Ta’Liyah was known for her vibrant personality and was deeply cherished by her family and friends. She attended Edward H. White High School and later studied veterinary medicine at Florida State College of Jacksonville. Employed by Baptist Medical Center and Starbucks Coffee Company, Ta’Liyah was remembered for her infectious smile and upbeat spirit.
