Rodrell Maurice Dobson, also known as "Bro Rico," was a 38-year-old man who was born on June 3, 1985, in Berea, Ohio. He was the son of the late LaTina R. Brooks and Thomas Lee Brooks Sr. Dobson was an avid tattoo artist, store owner, and owner of a home improvement business. He was also an advocate for women against domestic violence and enjoyed traveling, making lasting impressions on the people he met.
