DesCarter Reginald Baldwin, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2015, in Columbus, Georgia. Baldwin was standing on a curb at the intersection of North Lumpkin Road and Cusseta Road, conversing with individuals in a nearby car. During this interaction, he was shot multiple times.
