Marlin Foster, a 40-year-old resident of Lithonia, Georgia, died on October 13, 2023, under tragic and violent circumstances. He was found shot in the head and his body was severely burned, as he was discovered in the backseat of a car that had been set on fire in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
