Dallas Brown, a 35-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2017, in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. on Rock Shadow Court, just south of Stone Mountain Park. According to police reports, Dallas Brown was involved in a dispute over money with Seeah Rosa, a 27-year-old male. The confrontation escalated when Rosa approached Brown and another man who were playing basketball. Rosa shot Brown, resulting in his immediate death, and also injur ...Read More
