Phildarious Parrish, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 28, 2019, in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Parrish was a senior at Stephenson High School in DeKalb County. The incident occurred following a confrontation that stemmed from a fight at school.
