Brianna Nichole Long, a 21-year-old student at Valdosta State University, tragically lost her life on October 29, 2023, in a shooting incident outside The Pier bar in Remerton, Georgia. Long was working as a bartender at the bar and was in the process of closing the establishment along with her fellow employees when the incident occurred.
The shooting stemmed from an altercation that took place outside the bar, involving a substantial crowd of people.
