Geneva Norwood, a 19-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead on November 12, 2017, in Valdosta, Georgia. She was discovered alongside Clarence Burnett, a 26-year-old African American man, in a silver 2004 Buick Lesabre that had crashed into two electrical poles on the 600 block of York Street.
