DaNedra Sessoms, a 17-year-old African American female, tragically lost her life on November 20, 2021, in Valdosta, Georgia. The incident occurred early in the morning at approximately 5:10 a.m., when a 911 call reported a shooting at the intersection of West Gordon Street and Lankford Drive. Upon arrival, officers found DaNedra Sessoms lying in the road with multiple gunshot wounds.
