On Valentine's Day, a day typically associated with love and affection, a grim event unfolded in a Decatur, Georgia apartment. On the evening of February 14, 2024, 19-year-old Destiny Carson was found with a fatal gunshot wound inside an apartment on Bedevere Circle.
