Keaira Palmer, a 15-year-old African American girl from Decatur, GA, tragically lost her life on August 3, 2016, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred outside a convenience store on Glenwood Road, where Keaira was an innocent bystander. She had gone to the store to buy a Sprite, a bag of hot chips, and a Slim Jim.
