On an early Wednesday morning in Decatur, Georgia, just two weeks before her sixteenth birthday, 15-year-old Keaira Palmer's life was tragically cut short. On August 3, 2016, the female teenager was walking out of a convenience store on Glenwood Road with three other individuals when a violent shootout erupted.
