Dysheae Hall, a 16-year-old African American girl, tragically lost her life on June 12, 2022, in Decatur, Georgia. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Kroger grocery store located on Flat Shoals Parkway. Dysheae, who was an innocent bystander, was caught in the crossfire of an argument that escalated into a shooting.
