In the early hours of New Year's Day 2019, the life of 42-year-old Ranie Ann Overman was tragically cut short in a Decatur, Georgia hotel room. A compassionate and hardworking nurse and a devoted mother to four daughters, her death was the result of a violent act that stunned the community.
