Ranie Ann Overman, a 42-year-old woman from Decatur, GA, tragically lost her life on January 2, 2019, in a murder-suicide incident. The Decatur Police Department concluded that her death was the result of domestic violence. Overman was shot by her fiancé, Gerald Loch, who subsequently took his own life with a rifle.
