On a December morning in 2017, the life of 21-year-old Donjinae Jackson-Neals was tragically cut short in her Decatur, Georgia, apartment. Responders arrived at the scene on Glen Hollow Lane to find her with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Her fiancé, 23-year-old Carl Williams, had called 911, claiming the shooting was a terrible accident that occurred while they were 'playing' with a gun.
