Jesse Miles Dempsey, a 41-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2020, in Decatur, Georgia. Jesse was driving on Interstate 20 near Lithonia in DeKalb County when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 11 PM while he was traveling at approximately 70 MPH in his girlfriend Kendra Vickery's white GMC Sierra pickup truck. A single bullet shattered the back window, passed through the driver's headrest, and struck Jesse, leading to his immediate death.
