In a quiet corner of Winder, Georgia, the life of 58-year-old Jeffrey Alan Orr, a male resident, came to an untimely and violent end on a Friday night in May. The events of May 10, 2024, unfolded in the front yard of a residence on Highway 82, where deputies from the Barrow County Sheriff's Office were called to a scene of gunfire. There, they discovered the bodies of two men, one of whom was later identified as Orr.
