Jose Tovar-Campuzano, an 18-year-old Hispanic male from Winder, GA, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2016. Jose was a senior at East Jackson High School, where he was known for his involvement in soccer and cross country. On the evening of his death, Jose was attempting to mediate a dispute involving the son of Roberto Arellano, a 45-year-old resident of Winder. The confrontation took place at Arellano's home on Rooks Road.
