On June 12, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the 100 block of Nowhere Road in Athens, Georgia, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Jeremy Howard.
Jeremy Howard was found by Athens-Clarke County police officers responding to a shooting incident. Upon arrival, they located Howard with a gunshot wound and provided immediate aid. Despite these efforts, Howard was rushed to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
