On September 13, 2024, 21-year-old De’shaune Hall of Marietta, Georgia, was fatally shot outside an apartment building. The incident occurred at approximately 10:15 PM at the Rosemont Bentley complex, located in the 2600 block of Bentley Road, less than a half-mile from I-75.
