Deontaye Lavon Johnson, a 29-year-old resident of Fairburn, Georgia, was fatally shot on September 23, 2024, outside the DHL warehouse located at 130 Whitewater Place. The incident occurred in the evening, with police responding to reports of shots around 7:20 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Johnson suffering from a gunshot wound, and medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
