In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Washington, D.C., a tragic and unforeseen act of violence claimed the life of 29-year-old Sergio Nicolas Rosario Arias, a male resident of the Bronx, New York. On March 30, 2023, at approximately 9:27 p.m., Arias was resting in the sleeper berth of a semi-truck traveling near the intersection of DC-295 and Kenilworth Avenue in the Northeast quadrant of the city.
