In the late summer of 2023, the life of 25-year-old Jamal Andre Walton of Northwest, D.C., was tragically cut short. On Wednesday, August 30th, in the 2300 block of Ainger Place, Southeast, a burst of gunfire shattered the day. Walton was struck by the bullets, sustaining critical injuries.
