In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 11, 2023, a tragic event unfolded in Southeast Washington, D.C., that ended the life of 38-year-old James Deale, Jr. At approximately 3:05 a.m., officers from the Seventh District responded to reports of a shooting in the 3500 block of Stanton Road, Southeast.
